चेहरे पर मुंहासे यानि पिंपल्स होना आमतौर पर युवावस्था की समस्या मानी जाती है।मुंहासे निकलने का कारण शरीर में होने से हॉर्मोनल बदलाव है, इसके अलावा गर्मी में आने वाला पसीना,प्रदूषण,धूल-मिट्टी,चेहरे पर जमा गंदगी, ब्यूटी प्रॉडक्ट्स का ज्यादा इस्तेमाल करना आदि और भी बहुत से कारण हो सकते हैं। इन मुंहासों के कारण चेहरे पर दाग-धब्बे और डार्क सर्कल भी हो जाते हैं। जिसे दूर करने के लिए घरेलू उपाय कारगर हैं। जिससे चेहरे के पिम्पल्स ठीक होने के साथ-साथ त्वचा में चमक भी आ जाएगी।

1. नींबू का रस

विटामिन सी से भरपूर नींबू का रस बहुत अच्छा एंटी बैक्टीरियल और एस्ट्रिंजेंट है। नींबू का रस,हल्दी और एलोवीरा जेल के मिक्स करके दाग-धब्बों पर लगाएं। 20 मिनट चेहरे पर लगा रहने के बाद इसे पानी से धो लें।


2. चंदन पाउडर

चंदन का पाउडर मुंहासे ठीक करने और दाग-धब्बे हटाने के लिए बहुत फायदेमंद है। चंदन का पाउडर,दूध और हल्दी को मिक्स करके इसे कील-मुंहासो पर लगाएं। इससे मुंहासो के साथ होने वाली जलन और दाग-धब्बे ठीक हो जाएंगे।


3. आलू

आलू दाग-धब्बे हटाने का सबसे बेस्ट तरीका है। एक आलू को छीलकर पीस लें। इसमें 1 छोटा चम्मच शहद मिलाकर पेस्ट तैयार करें और 15 मिनट के लिए इसे चेहरे पर लगाएं। इसके बाद हल्के गुनगुने पानी से धो कर साफ करें।


4. दही

काले दाग धब्बों को हटाने के लिए दही बहुत फायदेमंद है। इससे किसी तरह का कोई साइड इफैक्ट होने का भी डर नहीं रहता। चार चम्मच दही में 2 चम्मच टमाटर का रस मिलाकर चेहरे पर 15 मिनट के लिए चेहरे पर लगाएं। आप हफ्ते में 3 बार इसका इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं।


5. एलोवेरा जेल

मुंहासे और दाग-धब्बे हटाने के लिए आप एलोवेरा जेल का भी इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं। एलोवेरा जेल को चेहरे पर लगाकर अंगुलियों से धीरे-धीरे मसाज करें। 15-20 मिनट सूखने के बाद चेहरे को पानी से धो लें। इससे ब्लैकहैड्स की परेशानी भी दूर हो जाती है।


6. संतरे के छिलके

संतरे के छिलकों का पाउडर और शहद मिलाकर इस पेस्ट को 20-25 मिनट चेहरे पर लगाएं और सूखने के बाद पानी से साफ कर लें।


7. पपीता

पपीते का पेस्ट दाग-धब्बों को मिटाने के लिए बेस्ट है। इसे दाग-धब्बों पर लगातर हल्के हाथों से रगड़े और 15-20 मिनट के लिए लगा रहने दें। इसके बाद पानी से चेहरा साफ कर लें।

कुछ लोगों की त्वचा ऑयली होती है। जिससे चेहरे पर बार-बार तेल आने लगता है और मुंहासे निकलने की समस्या ज्यादा होने लगती है। ऑयली स्किन से छुटकारा पाने के लिए कुछ घरेलू टिप्स जरूर आजमाएं।


1. नींबू के रस में थोड़ा-सा पानी मिलाकर इससे 8-10 मिनट तक चेहके की मसाज करें। इसके बाद फेस वॉश से चेहरा धो लें।


2. 1 चम्मच मुल्तानी मिट्टी, आधा चम्मच नींबू का रस मिलाकर चेहरे पर लगाए और 10 मिनट बाद चेहरा पानी से साफ कर लें।


3. चेहरे से तेल हटाने के लिए आइस क्यूब फेशियल बढ़िया उपाय है। हर सुबह चेहरा धोने के बाद 2 आइस क्यूब से चेहरा रगड़ें। इससे ब्लड सर्कुलेशन बेहतर होने के साथ-साथ चेहरे के दाग-धब्बे भी इससे दूर हो जाते हैं। इसके साथ ही चेहरा भी फ्रैश दिखाई देने लगता है।


4. चेहरे को ऑयल फ्री रखने के लिए पानी का भरपूर सेवन करें। इसके अलावा फ्राई फूड्स का सेवन न करें।

Just by looking him , into his eyes all the deep thoughts got emerged and slowly he got closer to me as the wine getting closer to lips and all the fear of being with someone like him got vanished as he touched my lips from his.
