3. आलू

आलू दाग-धब्बे हटाने का सबसे बेस्ट तरीका है। एक आलू को छीलकर पीस लें। इसमें 1 छोटा चम्मच शहद मिलाकर पेस्ट तैयार करें और 15 मिनट के लिए इसे चेहरे पर लगाएं। इसके बाद हल्के गुनगुने पानी से धो कर साफ करें।


4. दही

काले दाग धब्बों को हटाने के लिए दही बहुत फायदेमंद है। इससे किसी तरह का कोई साइड इफैक्ट होने का भी डर नहीं रहता। चार चम्मच दही में 2 चम्मच टमाटर का रस मिलाकर चेहरे पर 15 मिनट के लिए चेहरे पर लगाएं। आप हफ्ते में 3 बार इसका इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं।


5. एलोवेरा जेल

मुंहासे और दाग-धब्बे हटाने के लिए आप एलोवेरा जेल का भी इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं। एलोवेरा जेल को चेहरे पर लगाकर अंगुलियों से धीरे-धीरे मसाज करें। 15-20 मिनट सूखने के बाद चेहरे को पानी से धो लें। इससे ब्लैकहैड्स की परेशानी भी दूर हो जाती है।


6. संतरे के छिलके

संतरे के छिलकों का पाउडर और शहद मिलाकर इस पेस्ट को 20-25 मिनट चेहरे पर लगाएं और सूखने के बाद पानी से साफ कर लें।

Day 3

I feel asleep at night early so I can wake up early for doing all the chores of mine.
It's 3 in the morning and suddenly a noise woke me up . I felt arrogant at times when i wake in the middle of the night , miserable because i cant find a way to open my eyes wide and see who was the culprit behind the noise.
A voice came " Beta , have seen my phone out there",
I said " Papa, why are you on earth finding your phone in the middle of the night".
He said" I woke up so no more sleepy now".
And he gone towards his bedroom with his phone in his hand.

Sometimes parents also starts behaving like there sons and daughters.
